Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or operating the JaWa Companion application provided by Innovators Soft.
1. Acceptable Use Policy
JaWa Companion is intended exclusively for authorized business automation, customer support messaging, and legitimate developer integrations. You agree NOT to use the software to:
- Send unsolicited mass communications, spam, phishing schemes, or abusive content.
- Violate the WhatsApp Terms of Service, Meta policies, or applicable telecommunications laws.
- Harvest or scrape user data without explicit consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the APK's cryptographic verification or licensing routines.
2. License Grant & Device Binding
Subject to an active license in our licensing database, Innovators Soft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to operate JaWa Companion on a single physical Android device. Simultaneous activation on multiple devices using the same license identifier is blocked by our backend.
3. Updates & Gating
Software updates are delivered via our self-hosted update mechanism. In the event of a mandatory security update (flagged as forceUpdate: true), earlier versions may be gated until the upgrade is applied.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
JaWa Companion is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Innovators Soft does not warrant uninterrupted availability, zero network disconnections, or compatibility with all Android device manufacturers and battery managers.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Innovators Soft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software, including account bans or service interruptions enacted by third-party platforms.
6. Third-Party Trademarks
WhatsApp is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. JaWa Companion is an independent software application and is not associated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.
